Burçak Eyüboğlu, who has served as a member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions, was born in Istanbul in 1953. Her mother was a teacher, and her father was a doctor. Due to her father's assignment, Burçak Eyüboğlu attended primary and middle school in the town of Pınarhisar in Kırklareli. She graduated from Üsküdar Girls High School's Science Department in 1970 by passing the state-sponsored boarding school exam.
After graduating from Yıldız Technical University's Electrical Engineering Department in 1975, Burçak Eyüboğlu pursued her Master's degree at the same university. She worked as a lecturer at Yıldız Technical University's Computer Department until 1988. In 1989, she started her role as the Deputy General Manager at Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions. Burçak Eyüboğlu became the General Manager of Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions in 1999 and held this position until January 14, 2010.

Burçak Eyüboğlu provided leadership for the accreditation by the International Schools Association (CIS) and the authorization of International Baccalaureate (IB) Programs at Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions, which has earned the well-deserved pride of being one of the most prestigious schools nationally and internationally.
